We believe that a vibrant, healthy community is rooted in local farms where farmers can sustain themselves producing nourishing foods that are accessible to everyone in our community.
The Friends of the Franklin County Farmers Market, a 501c3 non-profit organization, works to achieve this vision by funding fresh food incentives for community members with limited income, hosting Kids Days and other community events at our local farmers market, sustaining farm to school efforts, and supporting a local community garden.
Just as the food from our local farms nourishes us, being a Friend of the Market, helps make our market and our community a more vibrant place.
As a Friend, you help:
Expand fresh food access and education for all
Support the local food system
Make our markets and gardens vibrant community spaces
Your donation to Support Food Access further supports our fresh food access work.
